Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. yyy777 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of account termination where such termination is made in accordance with these Terms.

You may also close your yyy777 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
